I think that I'm going to have my inquiry question be "how is feminity portrayed in different cultures?". My goal for my portfolio is to incorporate a bunch of paintings with different styles and possibly found objects into one tree-like piece with a mirror at the center. I was also thinking of the message idea, where the viewer could take a message, so I was thinking of having messages written on origami cranes that are in the middle mirror box that people can take, revealing the mirror. My goal is to incorporate 2-D paintings with found objects to portray historical and cultural feminity.
